Warranty Information

All Meco grills are warranted to the original purchaser against defect in material and workmanship under normal outdoor household use and correct assembly (if assembled by the consumer-purchaser).   NOTE: All sales are final for any product shipped outside the continental United States.  

MECO warrants Aussie and Americana grills to the original retail purchaser as detailed below. Note: Aussie Grills produced under license by OLPI Inc. are NOT subject to Meco Grills warranties.

For specific warranty information, please refer to the owner's manual that came with your grill, or your instruction sheet that came with your replacement part or accessory.   THE WARRANTY INFORMATION IN YOUR OWNER'S MANUAL SUPERSEDES THE ALL WARRANTY INFORMATION, VERBAL OR ELECTRONIC. If you need an Owner's Manual for your grill, go to the "PARTS" section of this website, or contact us by phone or e-mail.

Product is warranted against defective materials or workmanship from the date of original purchase.  Proof of purchase is required.  Your exclusive remedy for Warranty is that MECO will, at its option, provide repair or replacement parts for this product or refund the original purchase price of the product.  MECO reserves the right to discontinue or change materials, parts, models or products, or to make substitutions.

Charcoal Grills & Charcoal Smokers - 90 Days from Purchase
Electric Grills & Electric Smokers - 90 Days from Purchase / 1 Year on Electrical Parts

To make a claim under this Warranty, you must contact MECO’S Customer Service Department 1500 Industrial Road, Greeneville, TN 37745, or call MECO at 1-800-251-7558.  Proof of Purchase is required.  Transportation charges are the responsibility of the consumer.  No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from MECO.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS.  This warranty does not include damages which arise from misuse or abuse of this product nor repairs made or attempted by unauthorized persons.  This warranty does not include damages which arise from commercial use as these grills are sold for residential use only.
